Return Policy

We want you to love your Verte™ products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at mysimplehomething@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging, may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
